Reports are coming in of a targeted Israeli strike on a building immediately next door to the Iranian Embassy in Damascus, possibly the Ambassador’s residence or a consular building.

As often happens in these situations, the only known fact is that the building was destroyed, but who was killed is not yet verified. For Israel to make such a strike, it must have been extremely senior people.
